We spent the past few days in my Dad's little farm house in Dewey, Arizona. It's close to Prescott and just across the street from Mortimer Farm (The old Young's farm)
Kora, Kali and Kai LOVED it as soon as we got there. It's a very old house with a big porch, lots of yard to run around, a riding lawn mower, no t.v., no internet, horses next door, cows across the street and vineyard down the road. It was perfect.
We went fishing at Lynx Lake. Worst lake every for fishing but really fun to just relax.
Kai got to bring his dagger and he was really happy.
The girls got a little cold so they played in the van. Look at that silly Kora.
When she did come out she was a wild one.
The boys brought the BB guns for some shooting. Next time we're bringing the bow & arrows. There is no one around to injure :)
Look at that gorgeous view!
Kora took a nice, long nap.
The kids played "Goonies"
It was such a great time. We talked, ate yummy food, played cards, relaxed on the porch and really enjoyed each other.
That's what life is all about.
