Our neighbor, Tyre Glasper is #94 on the AZ Rattlers arena football team. He gave us tickets for the game this weekend and Kali, Kai & (Kai's friend) Colton had a blast. I had to stay home because I had the stomach flu so Francis and Grandma Kathi took the kids. Colton said it was the "best thing in the world". Kali and Kai said it was more fun than a Sun's game! Kai & Colton's dancing made it to the big screen at the area & Kali had a cute sign she made for Tyre. They said Tyre even waved to them during the game so they were happy.

First Day of School
Bag packs all ready to go.
Kai was NOT excited about today. He did not want to get out of bed and when we got to school he said he did not want summer to end. But he sure looked cool in his Lionel Messi uniform.
Kali woke up happy and ready to go. This girl loves school and is excited because he class is full of friends.

Kali's room as we were leaving
and we went back down to peek in on Kai because he was sad when we dropped him off. He was working hard and gave us a little wave.

Meet the Teacher Night
We went to meet the teacher last night at the school. It was weird to be back at the school. Honestly, I really don't like being at the kid's school because it's SO crowded. Kali was happy to meet her teacher, Mr. Archer and see some of her friends. Sadly, most of the kids her age walk around texting and never look up. Kai already knows his teacher Ms. Hensley because Kali had her in 2nd & Kai would come in with me to help with parties. So, he knows he is in for a good year with her. He's not happy about going back to school though. I think he will have a fun year.
Cardinal's Training Camp
While Francis was at work today the kids and I went with my parents to see the Cardinal's training camp. The kids got to get some pretty good autographs after the camp. They were excited to see the stadium, eat pretzels and candy corn and see the players close up.
