RAIN!!

After 60 days of no rain we were SOOOO excited to see this!

Kai was bummed at first because his soccer game got cancelled but once he put on his rain boots & went running around outside he was happy!

A nice little Saturday

After spending the day painting Kai's room and touching up the hallway. (Kai wants a pirate room now)

We spent the evening watching "Beauty and the Beast", eating yummy chocolate cake (recipe from here: lickthebowlgood.blogspot.com)

and playing in the rain





Doesn't get much better than that!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas

We LOVE LOVE rain! It rarely happens in Phx so it is a pretty big deal to get the 'ol rain boots out & when ever it rains it means we spend the evening relaxing by this

I LOVE this time of year!
