Today I am happy because our flowers are all in full bloom which means lots of pretty vases filled with fresh flowers in our house.

and we're happy because today is Uncle Bret's birthday!

The kids love their Uncle Bret because he is always up for playing sword fighting or just about anything they want to do. I remember when I had Kali and Kai he was still in High School so he is a fairly young Uncle and the kids treat him like an older brother. We're lucky to have Pip :)

My little brother, Bret turned 21 yesterday and we all went to Big Surf for some fun in the sun...... the day before we went Kai pumped some iron so he could look ripped in his new board shorts & impress the little ladies
