Halloween 2020

Halloween was a little different because of Covid19 but we ended up having one the of the best ones yet! We went to a really fun Haunted House with friends and trick or treated in the new neighborhood. We had a fire in the firepit and it was just a great day with friends.

Kora wanted to be this shadow demon for Halloween and it was the creepiest costume we saw all night! 

 without the red eyes on we could barely see her

 Kora had friends over to trick or treat and eat before and after

 Kali had a FREEZING cold swim meet and then made it home to put on her cop costume and go around the neighborhood (she said she felt too old)

 a neighbor made copies of $100 bills and it was hilarious to see the kids get excited

We all had the BEST night!!

Halloween 2018

This Halloween, we didn't get to have our annual party since we weren't sure if the roof and painting would be done in time. So.....we went to a trunk or treat, a pumpkin carving party, and had friends over to trick or treat. It was a fun filled week!

Trick or Treat

This year Kali went trick or treating with a friend. No parents. Yikes! It's so weird having a middle schooler. She had a great time and ended up meeting back up with us. Kai had his friend from school come with us and Kora's friend/neighbor came too. It was such a fun night. We had homemade chicken noodle soup first and then headed out.

Halloween 2016

We started our Halloween day at Kora's preschool class and they had a mini celebration.

 Then, we went to Kai's class to help with his party. Their school let them wear their costumes. it was the first time for Kali and Kai and they were so excited!

 We came home and got the front yard all ready for trick or treaters. Kali was Cleopatra, Kai's a football player and Kora is Elena of Avalor.

 Our cul-de-sac all came out to handout at the table and visit. It was nice.

We did not have too many trick or treaters because it was a school night but it was a fun night with neighbors and family.
