Kai update....

Kai had his MRI and now we're just waiting on results.

Spirit Week

Kora had her first spirit week. For Dynamic Duo day she dressed as salt and pepper with her friend. 

and on Book Character day she was Thing 1 and Thing 2 with her same friend, Quinn. 

Daddy Daughter Dance

Kora LOVED going to the Daddy Daughter Dance with Francis. 

Life with a teen

This teen does not like me taking her picture so I have to sneak attack her.

 Yesterday I went to register her for CREST high school at PVHS. She might not like photos taken but she is such a good girl and SOOOO smart. 

Goodbye Noodle

We got Noodle the first year we were married. He was our first baby and got a little more crazy with each added addition to our family. He did a lot of bad things, bit quite a few people and in the end was kind of a terror. But, we had some good years with this little guy. Goodbye Noodle.

February Stuff

• Kali has spent a majority of this school year working on a big project for the Aerospace Challenge at ASU West. Her group designed a base for humans to live on Mar's moon Phobos. The things this girl can do are really impressive. She designed and 3D printed the actual base and they researched and grew plants that they could use. It was really cool! They did not win but she had a great time the day of the challenge hanging out at ASU West.

Kora and her cute friends went to a fun Unicorn birthday party and were the cutest, sparkliest group ever :)

Then on the flip side she is also a BEST on the soccer field! She is loving this season and thinks her Coach is the best!  

Kora likes when she gets to come with me to pick up Kai from school.

 Now on to some serious stuff. Kai was playing soccer at school and fell and hit his head. He had a bad concussion and did not even know what day it was. I took for a CT scan. They found a cyst on his brain. Luckily, we have a friend that is a brilliant brain surgeon and he looked at it for us and now we have an MRI coming up for more information. He might have to have it drained. 

 Kai is very bummed to not be allowed to play in soccer games or play PS4 right now but he was happy to miss some school. 

He even got to come with me to watch Kora run in her Fun Run at school. She finished the laps before everyone!

 We had a nice Valentine's Day and Daddy surprised us girls with lots of roses!

 we got to hike and enjoy nice weather

 and now it's freezing cold and after a bad cold all last week, Kora is back to school!
