President's Day at the park

We spent the afternoon at Anthem Park since the kids had the day off of school.

Great weather made the day SO nice. Phoenix winters really are the best.

 

A night out

 

Last night we went out to dinner at Humble Pie, it was really good. Kora stayed hom with Yaya so we had a nice, relaxing dinner and were able to enjoy ourselves. After dinner we headed over to Cracker Jax to let the kids play games. Kali had never been there and had a great time. The kids won lots of tickets so they were able to get lots of silly little prizes to play with. Kai is so sweet, he made sure to get a lollipop for Kora. What a thoughtful brother. Then we came home and made a little fire outback to make s'mores. Kora LOVED it! She was really good about not getting too close to the fire. Sorry all of these pics are a little blurry but I lost my camera charger so I have to use my phone now.

I had his parent teacher conference last week & his teacher said he is SO smart, serious, helpful and always stays on task. My sweet Kai is such a good boy & making us SO proud.
