Snoho Tournament

Francis went up to Washington to play in a tournament with his team in July. He had a great time until he broke his collar bone, tore his rotator cuff and some whiplash from being tackled by a crazy 300 lb. dude on the other team. But he had fun with his friends and loved Washington.

Another White Mountains trip

We took one last trip before school started back up to the White Mountains. We fished, went for walks, played in the rain, the girls went kayaking and visited a farmer's market, the boys went to a waterfall, we went out to dinner and relaxed. It was a GREAT trip!

Girl's night in

I had friend's over for a fun Girl's night in! We had so much fun just hanging out and talking. I love that I still keep in touch with friends from so long ago and mix them with my new friends.

Futsol

Kora and Kai have been playing futsol all summer and loving it!

Swim Team Banquet

The kids attended the swim team banquet. They received medals, ate cake and swam with their friends. It was a fun night for them and a little hot for the parents. Go Manta Rays!

Six

Kora started her birthday early. The night before we did her cake and sang to her at my parent's house. The next day she got up for swim team and they sang to her and gave her a Popsicle. She was pretty excited! Then, she opened her new scooter and her Ninja Turtle backpack she will use at school this fall (I will be crying when I drop her off) Her friend and neighbor Addie stopped by and brought her a gift too. Kora went swimming with Yaya and said it was the best day ever!

Pinetop

4 of July morning we drove up to Pinetop and there was NO traffic, it was strange. As soon as we got to Cody & Ashly's home we unpacked. Then, we headed out to the lake so they boys could fish.
We spend 5 days visiting lakes, playing with baby Bodhi, eating yummy food, being outside, taking naps, listening to the rain, going on walks, watching movies and just being together. We also went up to Sunrise ski resort and rode the ski lift and saw wild turkey, deer and there was even a bear at the top of the mountain but we did not stick around to see that. It was such a great 5 days and SOOOO relaxing. Just what we needed to recharge for our busy days back home.
