Happy kids

These three happy kiddos wanted to go to Anthem Park. So, I got them all dressed and had them take some photos in front of the tree.

Yoga

I've been doing Yoga for 12 years now.

Shesh that sounds like FOREVER!

I love it & now my kids love it too.

And, they're getting really good & starting to know the names of the poses.

My Mom, brother Cody & sister-in-law Ashly all go to classes with me at the gym too so Yoga is a major family affair.

If you've never tried it then you are totally missing out.

Like Daddy Does

Since Mr. Becker has been hard at work installing marble in our bedroom the kids wanted to be like Daddy.

We went to Home Depot and the kids picked out tile and carpet samples for the Barbie house & knight castle.

I love seeing these two be so creative.

While Fran was finishing up their room I had the kids play outside and color the Pergo boxes. Sounds really lame huu? Well they LOVED it! We also got out paint & clay.

It kept them busy for hours. All they asked for was cheese & crackers and when they saw the ripe lemons on the tree they wanted lemonade.

They were so cute out there!

I went to Home Depot for finishing nails and mini blinds.

Here is the room before we moved all the stuff back in.

Francis did such a great job in only 4 days!!

And, finally here is the fnished product. (well we still need to put curtains up and a few other things) This is Kai's 1/2 of the room.

The room is so much fun!

So much fun in fact that they are still awake and it's 11:23 at night! They are way too excited!

I seriously married one handy guy.

Harvest

After all the rain we've had this past week our sugar snap pea & snow peas have been growing like crazy! The kids went out last night for harvest time. They filled up baggies and brought them in to wash them & then ate them all with dinner. Days like this totally make me appreciate this garden that can sometimes be a pain.

Dance Party!

Kali had her friend Marli over for dinner & they had a dance party outside.

I'm so glad Kali makes such good choices when it comes to her friends. She is such a sweet girl and she is always so nice to Kai.



It was nice to be outside and not sweating to death. The only down side was that Kai and I got eaten alive by mosquitoes :( It's a Calamine lotion night.

But it was well worth it!

Busy kids

Kali has been LOVING dance. She goes to Jazz first (here she his with her cousin Tatum waiting to go in to class)

She has been working very hard on stretching and is getting very close to doing the splits.

Her favorite class is still ballet and she said tap is okay.
Kai is doing really well in his ABC class and was excited to see that his school is getting ready for Halloween.

I'm so proud of these two...and I've put a lot of miles on my car lately driving these two around :)
