What we've been up to

Last weekend I put up the Thanksgiving decorations (NOT my favorite holiday decor but still have to try to make it cute)
It RAINED this weekend and the kids were in heaven
Rain Rain Rain!!!
Can you believe the box house is still up?? The rain knocked it over but it's back up.
We met Cody & Ashly out at Desert Ridge for games at Dave & Busters

Look at Kai's sweet little face

Kali waiting to see if she won
Little Miss Fabulous had to work the camera pose
 Air Hockey!

Koko was a sweetie pie & chilled in her stroller
 Shootin' hoops with Uncle Cody
 More Air Hockey
 more hoops with Daddy
Proof that I was there :)

Then the next day was spent baking up a storm for our early Thanksgiving dinner
Kali helped me decorate the dining room

It was Veteran's Day so my Dad wore his old Army stuff
Then after we all ate and were stuffed....it was time to lay around & watch football.

Kora

Kora had her 4 month appointment yesterday. She got two shots...that she took like a champ & did not even cry for more than 2 seconds.
She weights 15 lbs (90%)
24 1/2 inches long (60%)
and her head is 95%...big head = big brain (hopefully)
The doctor said she is a healthy, social little lady.

Autumn Leaves

Guess who is 17 weeks?
This adorable little thumb sucker.
Kali learned a song in Kindergarten called Autumn Leaves...here are the words.
Autumn leaves are falling
nights are growing chill
Maple leaves are turning red
along the hill
The kids said they wanted to see what this song is about so went up to Prescott to see a real Fall.
We started in Dewey at Mortimer Farms in the Pumpkin Patch

and then into the Corn Maze
 The kids LOVED the maze

Then we drove into Prescott and walked around the Town Square.

 The kids collected fall leaves
Then we had a real cowboy lunch on Whisky Row. The kids liked seeing the old pictures of Prescott, the old guns & mining tools on display.
We walked back over to Town Square to lay down a blanket and relax with baby Kora
 While the kids threw leaves
 again
 and again
 this girl LOVES her Daddy

The view from the blanket...I LOVE seeing the leaves falling down.
 Kora all bundled up
 More throwing leaves.
Kali and Kai LOVED being outside in the nice weather & cool breeze.
I just love watching my kids enjoy being outside, they were SOOO happy and excited every time the leaves fell.

I am pretty sure they could have thrown leaves all day
Nobody wanted to leave. The kids said we need to move to this town.

Kali took some pictures before we left

Then it got a little silly on the way home.
These two are so funny.

It was such a fun, FALL day.
Then we came home to 91* :( Bummer.
The weather channel said it will finally cool down this weekend in Phoenix.
We're crossing our fingers for some nice fall weather.
