End of Season

The last month of soccer season was full of fun! Kai and three of his teammates did a 3v3 tournament in the East Valley (WAY east) so we set up our canopies and hung out all day. It a was fun tournmenet with a DJ, food trucks and 4 games!

 

 The boys did not win first but still had a great time and I know all of us parents had a good time too. Kora had so much fun playing with Miguel's sister.

 Then, sadly, we had our last game of the season. It was sad because these boys will be split up next season. The AYSA is switching to a calender year so this was their last game together. We have such a great group of boys so this is sad for our team.

 Later that day we celebrated the season at Dave & Busters. It was probably one of the best parties I've ever been too. The parents got to eat/drink and be merry while the kids ran around inside and played games. We ended up staying all day and night having dinner and got home late. We're so lucky to have such good parents in the club.

4 games, nice weather, and the boys took 2nd place. It was a pretty good day on the soccer field.

Kora's cold night of soccer

Okay so lately the weather has been nuts! Crazy cold. Kora had soccer first and Kai later last night. It was about 48* when the sun set. YIKES! We all got bundled up to watch Daddy coach Kora's group and then Kai had practice but the girls and I went to Kali's school for her violin performance.

 I love this picture. Kali was there too and she was taking photos with her Barbie digital camera (she made yearbook this year and is a photographer so she loves taking pics) Kai is helping Daddy set up the goal. I just love these kids.

Kinder Kicks

Kora had her first soccer practice. She was very excited.

 Coach Michael started practice and then he walked over to Kora to show her something & BAM! Kora started crying, ran over to me and did not go back until the last 2 minutes. Good times. She did say she wants to go back next week so we'll see.

Big Win

Kai's indoor soccer team had a big win last & are on to the semi-finals. Kai scored a goal & played really well. It was so much fun to watch! Go North Valley Soccer Club!

Last Outdoor Games

The last two games of the outdoor season were yesterday. Kai's team won both games and he scored one goal in each game. It was fun to watch but it's getting warm so glad to be done with outdoor and the boys really like indoor. It was a good season with this nice group of boys. Excited to see how the indoor season will go for them. Go North Valley!
