swim team, cub club & discovery guard oh my!

This year Kali and Kai both did swim team and Kai was in Cub Club and Kali was in Discovery Guard so we were at the pool A LOT! Last week we went to the Cub Club/ Discovery Guard Olympics (it was soooo hot, long & unorganized) and had Swim Team Divisionals so it was a really busy week but the kids had fun.

 Kali had a really good year on swim team this year & has become a very strong swimmer

Swim Olympics

This year Kai was in Cub Club and Kali was in Discovery Guard (the next step) They are both classes that are free through the city thanks to Cigna and is early lifeguard training for kids. Kai's Olympics was from 8-10am and then Kali went from 10-noon. It was HOT but the kids had a great time. Kora was such a trooper, we kept dipping her in the pool and she had lots of snacks. I got to see an old childhood friend of mine there too.

Then we headed home and Kai had a basketball game. I missed it since Kora fell asleep after this long morning. Kai scored 6 points and his team won 25-0!
