I live in the same neighborhood I grew up on. Kind of sad, kind of neat. A while back I was telling Francis about how fun the neighborhood used to be with tons of kids & fun parties at the park. I was complaining about how we don't have that anymore. Then Kai started school and I met more families that live right by us, Kai started soccer and we met a few more. On Halloween we met another family while trick-or-treating so I sent all of these people messages and we all got together yesterday. It was PERFECT! We had 22 kids running around playing & all of the adults got to get to know each other.

 Me changing my crummy attitude of complaining to actaully making something happen...awesome :)  I hope that we will keep this up over the years and one day our kids will be talking about how fun this neighborhood is!

Busy kiddos



This little Koko bean is such a fun little ball of energy lately. Her hair is a longer and she has cute little pony tails now.

Last week we were all SOOOO sick, it was awful. The day we felt better we went for a walk, we were all so happy to be out of the house.

Kai had a soccer game over the weekend (the girls were home sick so no pictures) but his team won

2-0 & Kai played well. Here's Kali and Kai all ready for soccer practice & ballet class.

The kiddos are keeping Francis & me very busy :)

18 Months

 

Koko is 18 months.

I can't believe it!

She is one wild & crazy & loving & hilarious little girl.

We all just can't get enough of her.

 Even if she loves to take our toothbrushes & drop them on the floor, walk in on everybody in the bathroom, throw stuff out of the garbage, eat all of our food, drink out of the big kid's water bottles, make messes all over the place & pull hair.

 She is always willing to give a hug or kiss, loves playing in her little kitchen and feeding her baby dolls, playing in Kali & Kai's room, going on walks, swinging, being on her baby bike, sitting on the lawn mower

 

 taking baths, eating pretty much anything except shrimp, dancing & being outside

 she says: more, Mama, Dada, Granddad, no, bad (to the dogs at my Mom's) yeah

Sun's game

Francis took the kids to see the Sun's play. They lost but the kids had a great time.

Go Fire Munchkins!

Kai's new soccer season started today. It was a good game that ended 0-0. Both teams played hard & very physical. It was a great game!!

 Kai is #1

 We've got a great time this season with good kids & really nice parents.

 

 Kali had fun watching the game with the other big sisters.

 

Kai did a great job & Francis was really proud of him.  Kai is getting really good at trapping the ball & is a good defender.

 Soccer Mom!! Joy & I have been friends since we were 8. Love that our kids are growing up together.

Anthem Park

We went to Anthem Park with Yaya & my brother Cody. The weather was perfect & we had a yummy lunch at Anthem Outlet Stores.
