Resolution

One last look at the Christmas decor and now it's

Resolution time.

I have to declutter my life this year.

-only have 1 junk drawer in the entire house

-clean out closets

-throw stuff away that has not been worn/used in 2 years

-only spend time with real friends

-everytime I am at Target I must put something back before I check out

-organize the kitchen, organize the bills, organize my sewing desk, organize my closet

-stop putting things in the sheds/garage that we don't need to keep

Resolutions

My resolutions for 2009 are

drum roll

to potty train Mr. Kai, I know he is only 19 months but he always sits on the the little potty chair after he has wet his diaper and he is so curious about it. Starting in January Kai will be on his way to potty-ville.

AND

my second resolution is to make the most of my time. I am not going to waste time on false friends, I am only going to put time into people that are real, honest and actually fun to be around. No more play dates that we don't enjoy, no more wasting time watching The Real Housewives of Orange County, no more volunteering for things that I really don't want to do and that keep me away from my family.

And, more zoo trips, museum days, playing outside, swimming, going on walks with the wagon, going to the park, taking trips to "Tiny Water", riding the merry go round at the mall, family snuggles, reading books, watching Mulan and Cars with the kids, taking more pictures, having friends over for dinner, playing baby with Kali, playing cars with Kai and more dates with Mr. Becker.

I am so excited about 2009!
