End of Season

The last month of soccer season was full of fun! Kai and three of his teammates did a 3v3 tournament in the East Valley (WAY east) so we set up our canopies and hung out all day. It a was fun tournmenet with a DJ, food trucks and 4 games!

 

 The boys did not win first but still had a great time and I know all of us parents had a good time too. Kora had so much fun playing with Miguel's sister.

 Then, sadly, we had our last game of the season. It was sad because these boys will be split up next season. The AYSA is switching to a calender year so this was their last game together. We have such a great group of boys so this is sad for our team.

 Later that day we celebrated the season at Dave & Busters. It was probably one of the best parties I've ever been too. The parents got to eat/drink and be merry while the kids ran around inside and played games. We ended up staying all day and night having dinner and got home late. We're so lucky to have such good parents in the club.

5th grade field day

Kali's field day. Kali, Yaya and I went to watch Kali at field day for a little bit.

Ballin'

Kali had an interesting baskeball season. The coach did not teach them much but she made good friends and now she really loved playing basketball and even quit dance to basketball year round. Big change for our girl! So excited to see her learn more. She is playing in a co-ed community center league now and is so happy.

 

Kora at the mall

I've always hated mall play areas for little kids because there is always a bunch of wild kids running around being crazy. Well guess what, Kora is THAT crazy kid so it's perfect now! I took her for the first time and she loved it.

Cracker Jax's

 

We had lunch one Sunday with Grandma Kathi and then headed over to Cracker Jax's for fun. Kora loved going on the bumper boats for the first time.

Kali, Kai, Grandma Kathi and Daddy did lazer tag so I don't have pics of them. Here is Kora riding a horse waiting for them to come out.

Sand Dragons FC

Francis' team was in the championship game this season. The game was 0-0 then it went to shoot outs and things go exciting. Francis made his shot but his team did not pull off enough to win. It was such a fun game to watch. We were so proud of Daddy, he played great!
